This is our fiscal kick off meeting for 2019… so please come prepared to renew your membership or join us for the first time. Membership is voluntary, but dues are essential to keep your RHA going.

Street Sweeping / Parking / Ticketing

The Traffic Commission for the city of Torrance will be discussing street sweeping parking restrictions on our streets where parking is only permitted on one side, in both the Hollywood Riviera and Seaside. Meeting to be held at:

We know a lot of Riviera residents are inconvenienced at times when no street parking is available, but also a lot of residents appreciate the street sweeping not being impeded by parked cars. This is a chance to voice your opinions. You may also write or email your feedback to the commission. For background and more information, see Monday’s meeting agenda.
