The informational meeting was canceled due to a scheduling conflict at the Katy Geissert Library Meeting room and “it was determined that the video reel and mailer would have greater reach.” Residents can expect a mailer soon. The City of Torrance promises that “additional Vista Montana restoration details will be available by week’s end” on the February Floods section of the Trending In Torrance website.
