Proposed Walteria Terrace Garden

The Torrance City Council is scheduled to consider the Walteria Terrace Garden Project, a proposed mixed-use development on Hawthorne Blvd near Rolling Hills Road.

The Council previously denied the project following concerns about safety and potential impacts on nearby businesses and residents. It is now back before the Council for consideration on Oct. 6 as Item 10C.

The RHA believes the proposal merits further community discussion. If you have a view on this project, we encourage you to review the plans, attend the meeting, and let the Council know. Meeting details:
