RHA Officers

RHA Officer elections are held every two years at our April General Meeting. Officers hold 2-year terms per the RHA Bylaws. Newly elected officers begin their terms in the fall following the elections.

President Elizabeth “Libby” Spatz	The President presides over all meetings of the members and of the Board; countersigns all checks; performs such other duties as customarily pertain to the office of President or as directed by the Board; receives and responds to correspondence of the Association as required: serves as publicity agent for the Association; is responsible for the distribution of notices of elections and other important Association functions. Email: president@hollywoodriviera.org Community Liaison: Works with board members to bring in new volunteers and board members to answer temporary needs or fill newly created jobs. Interfaces with other community groups. Evaluates and suggests RHA activities in the community.

Immediate Past Co-Presidents Pam Popovich Judy Brunetti	The Past President(s) provide strategies, goals and objectives for the RHA; provide long term knowledge of successes and failures that have occurred with the organization; act as Mentor to the President.
Vice President Catherine Modesitt-Wong	The Vice President chairs the Membership Committee, and is responsible for collecting membership applications and funds (in coordination with the Treasurer) and maintains an ongoing database of members which is used for mailings such as the Riviera Reporter. Treasurer Linda Schwartz	The Treasurer has custody of all funds, securities, valuable papers and other assets of the Association, and is responsible for the disbursement of those funds, upon approval by the President. Email: dues@hollywoodriviera.org
Historian Elizabeth “Libby” Spatz	The Historian collects artifacts of the RHA proceedings over the years, and brings historical information on the Riviera to the attention of the Hollywood Riviera residents. Email: info@hollywoodriviera.org
Secretary Betsy Merryman	The Secretary records the proceedings of the meetings and maintains an accurate set of the Bylaws and Standing Rules of the Association. Email: info@hollywoodriviera.org

Director of Landscaping Denise O’Neil	The Landscape Director oversees the Landscape Award Program, in coordination with the Riviera Garden Club. Email: info@hollywoodriviera.org

Communications Director Betsy Merryman	The Communications Director oversees the flow of communication and information between the Riviera Homeowners Assoc and the community. Email: info@hollywoodriviera.org
Technology Director Open Position	The Technology Director maintains this Riviera Homeowners’ Assoc website in conjunction with the President and Communications Director, providing timely and relevant information to the RHA and the community at large. Email: info@hollywoodriviera.org
