RHA Officer elections are held every two years at our April General Meeting. Officers hold 2-year terms per the RHA Bylaws. Newly elected officers begin their terms in the fall following the elections.

The President presides over all meetings of the members and of the Board; countersigns all checks; performs such other duties as customarily pertain to the office of President or as directed by the Board; receives and responds to correspondence of the Association as required: serves as publicity agent for the Association; is responsible for the distribution of notices of elections and other important Association functions.
Community Liaison: Works with board members to bring in new volunteers and board members to answer temporary needs or fill newly created jobs. Interfaces with other community groups. Evaluates and suggests RHA activities in the community.
